About the Role
We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join our growing team to provide services via telehealth working from home. In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services to NDIS participants in line with approved plans and goals
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments, including ADLs, capacity building, and environmental assessments
- Provide evidence-based interventions to support independence, participation, and quality of life
- Complete assistive technology, home modification, and equipment assessments and recommendations
- Prepare high-quality NDIS reports, progress notes, and functional capacity assessments within required timeframes
- Deliver services via telehealth
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Framework
- Demonstrated ability to conduct functional assessments, develop evidence-based therapy plans, and complete high-quality reports
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Australian work rights
- An ABN is a requirement for this role
- Laptop, Phone, Home office materials required (by commencement date)
- Professional Indemnity Insurance Minimum $250,000 and Public Liability Insurance ( can be discussed )
Desirable not essential:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and/or complex behaviours of concern and NDIS participants.
What We Offer
