An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the growing team at Kari Maitz Property.
We are looking for a polished, proactive and highly organised property professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional level of service. You will manage a quality residential portfolio while building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and trades.
The role
- Manage a residential property portfolio
- Deliver professional communication and client care
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Prepare tribunal documentation when required
- Support the continued growth of the property management department
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
No trust accounting is required.
About you
- Demonstrated property management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Calm, confident and solutions-focused approach
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded.
