The Opportunity
This is a career-defining opportunity for a Manager ready to step into a role with genuine influence. You'll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, work directly alongside Partners on advisory-led engagements, and help drive the strategic direction of our Melbourne practice.
What you will be doing:

Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner

Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
-
Mentor and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory services and solutions to add long-term value

Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs

Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts

Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients

Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events

Help provide exceptional service to our clients
About You:

Minimum of 6 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice

Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar

Expertise using accounting software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
