Qualified Carpenter – Home Modifications | Greater Sydney
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Qualified Carpenter to join our growing team, completing a variety of residential home modification and accessibility projects across Greater Sydney.
This is a mobile role, and the successful applicant will be required to travel between customer sites throughout Sydney. A company vehicle will be provided.
About the Role
You will complete a diverse range of carpentry and home modification works, including:
- Accessibility and disability home modifications
- Timber access ramps and steps
- Handrails and grab rails
- Door widening and door modifications
- External access modifications
- Decking and timber structures
- Bathroom modification carpentry
- General residential carpentry and maintenance
- Minor building and make-good works
Our work primarily supports the aged care and disability sectors, so we are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and is professional and respectful when working in customers' homes.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Carpenter with relevant trade qualifications
- Strong residential carpentry experience
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Comfortable travelling throughout Greater Sydney
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Current driver's licence
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to complete work safely and professionally
- Experience in home modifications, aged care or disability works is highly regarded but not essential

Pay: $60.00 – $80.00 per hour
