What you’ll do
As a Technical Director, Geotechnical, based in our Brisbane Office, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
- Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery

Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges

Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions

Contribute to resilient and innovative and impactful engineering solutions

Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance
What you’ll bring

Provide technical leadership in the planning, design and delivery of complex geotechnical solutions, aligned with the Aurecon Blueprint.

Bring recognised subject matter expertise in Geotechnical Design

Lead by example — demonstrating inclusive leadership behaviours that inspire trust, collaboration and high performance, including mentorship and coaching of emerging professionals

Champion safe, sustainable, resilient and impactful design outcomes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements

Be recognised internally and externally as a technical authority in Geotechnics, particularly when navigating complex technical challenges

The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions

Major project experience with Department of Transport and Main Roads will be looked on favourably
