We’re growing the team at our Company Owned studios and are looking for a passionate, people-focused leader to become the heart of the studio, the face of the community, and an ambassador for the KX brand as our next Studio Manager.
The Studio Manager role at KX Pilates is a dynamic leadership position responsible for studio operations, team culture, local area marketing, client experience, and studio performance. You’ll play a key role in connecting the trainer team, clients, and the wider KX brand while driving both day-to-day excellence and long-term growth.
No two days look the same. You may be coaching trainers, building relationships with clients, creating community partnerships, supporting studio performance, or teaching classes on the floor. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and is passionate about creating an exceptional client experience.
We are currently looking for a Studio Manager for our Ascot Vale studio.
This is a full-time position, combining both training and management responsibilities.
A 100-hour Reformer Pilates qualification is required, along with relevant Pilates experience. Full onboarding and support will be provided by our team to help you feel confident and set up for success in the role.
