About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Care Team Leader to oversee our Customer Care and Social Support teams, ensuring high-quality, client-focused services are delivered safely, efficiently and with compassion.
This role is central to the coordination of customer care operations, client intake, transport and social support bookings, while supporting staff, volunteers and continuous improvement across our Community Services programs.
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and supporting Customer Care and Social Support team members
- Coordinating client intake, registrations and service bookings and enquiries
- Supporting staff development, performance and positive team culture
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, reporting and compliance standards
- Building strong relationships with clients, carers and community stakeholders
- Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You’re a confident and capable people leader with experience in customer service, administration or community services environments. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, communicate effectively and are passionate about delivering outstanding client outcomes.
You’ll also bring:

Experience leading or coordinating teams
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of aged care, health or community services (highly regarded)
- Current Driver Licence
- Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification and a Criminal History Check
