As the first point of contact for guests, the Restaurant Host plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience. The Host is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, coordinating table allocations, and ensuring smooth communication between the front-of-house team and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries.
- Coordinate table allocations to maximise service flow and restaurant capacity.
- Communicate with the management and service team regarding guest preferences, special occasions
Pay: $24.95 – $51.44 per hour
