About the Role
As a Bottle Shop Attendant, you'll help keep the Bottle-O Drive-Thru running smoothly by delivering friendly customer service, maintaining excellent store presentation and keeping stock moving throughout the day.
What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and assist with product recommendations
- Process sales through the POS and handle cash transactions accurately
- Replenish stock and maintain excellent store presentation
- Assist with deliveries, stock movement and merchandising
- Work confidently on your own while supporting the wider venue team
- Maintain responsible service standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- A positive, reliable and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physically capable of manual handling and stock movement
- Current QLD RSA
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, evenings (until midnight), weekends and public holidays.
