About the Team
You'll become part of a highly skilled and supportive Wardsperson Operations team that is committed to the safety, wellbeing and comfort of every patient, visitor and staff member. Working in a collaborative healthcare environment, you'll contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient and welcoming hospital by supporting patient care, patient flow and environmental cleanliness.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Security Operations, you'll be responsible for supporting operational excellence across the patient care environment. Your role will include transporting patients, assisting with patient handling, maintaining clean and safe clinical spaces, supporting infection prevention practices and responding promptly to operational priorities.
You'll work closely with clinical teams to ensure patients receive safe, timely and respectful care while helping maintain the efficient day-to-day running of the health service. The role offers a diverse workload where no two days are the same and provides an opportunity to develop valuable skills across patient support services.
