From that first confirmation through to the moment their furniture arrives, you are the person making sure everything runs the way it should.
Working closely with the Customer Delivery Success Manager, you will coordinate proactive customer communications, triage escalations, liaise across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, Trade, VIP, and Marketing teams — and ensure that the gap between what customers expect and what they experience is closed, every time.

What You Will Own
Customer Communications & Journey Coordination Coordinate proactive customer communications across the full delivery journey — from order confirmation through to post-delivery follow-up. Monitor the pipeline daily, flag at-risk orders early, and ensure every customer-facing message is timely, accurate, and on-brand.
Escalation Support & Resolution Be the first coordination point for delivery escalations — triaging issues, routing them with clear context, and following through to resolution. Keep customers informed, document patterns, and contribute to root cause analysis that stops issues recurring.
Cross-Functional Coordination Work daily across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Retail, Trade, VIP, and Marketing to keep delivery commitments aligned and achievable — acting as the bridge between Customer Delivery Operations and the wider business.
Delivery Quality & Customer Insights Monitor NPS, CSAT, and customer feedback to surface trends and improvement opportunities. Conduct post-delivery quality checks, maintain SOPs and communication templates, and support customer engagement initiatives across the order journey.
Who You Are
You will likely come from a customer success, logistics coordination, or operational support background — ideally with exposure to cross-functional environments and customer-facing communications. What matters most is your empathy, your follow-through, and your ability to keep things moving.
You are a natural communicator and coordinator — someone who takes genuine pride in making things work seamlessly for customers, even when the situation is complex.
Please note that some travel between our Design and Support Centre in Turrella and our state of the art warehouse in Smithfield will be required on a regular basis.
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer coordination, customer success, logistics coordination, or similar operational support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to manage sensitive customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Experience liaising across multiple internal departments in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and delivery tracking systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Genuinely customer-centric — driven to deliver great outcomes, not just close tickets
- Proactive and solutions-focused — you anticipate issues before they escalate
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and confident learning new platforms quickly
- Experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, or supply chain is desirable but not essential
