Cake Shop Front-of-House Sales Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and well-presented Front-of-House Sales Assistant to join our cake shop In St Kilda.
Main duties
- Welcome and assist customers
- Explain cake flavours and products
- Take walk-in, phone and online orders
- Process payments
- Pack cakes carefully
- Organise cake pickups and pre-orders
- Keep the display and front counter clean
- Restock packaging and supplies
We are looking for someone who is
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Careful with cake handling and presentation
- Available on weekends
- Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
