Your Main Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality bistro meals quickly and efficiently. Maintain strict food safety and kitchen hygiene standards. Assist with stock control, rotation, and minimalizing wastage. Collaborate with the Head Chef to run smooth lunch and dinner services.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
Experience: Proven track record in a similar bistro or club environment.
Availability: Flexibility to work a standard hospitality roster, including weekends and evenings.
Attitude: A reliable team player with strong communication skills and a passion for food.
