A Reservations Sales Specialist works in hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, or travel companies, helping customers book reservations while maximizing sales revenue.
Job Description
Typical responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and online reservation requests.
- Assist customers with room, tour, or travel bookings.
- Recommend upgrades, packages, and special promotions to increase sales.
- Explain rates, policies, and availability.
- Enter and update reservations in the reservation or property management system.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and special guest requests.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with front office, sales, and housekeeping teams to ensure accurate reservations.
- Meet sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction goals.
Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,500.00 per month
