Job Description

Manage senior customer relationships across corporate and site levels to ensure stability and long‑term value

Grow existing accounts through margin improvement, project expansion and increased share of wallet

Identify targeted new business that complements the existing portfolio

Understand client needs and position Rexel as the preferred partner across multiple projects

Promote eBusiness and value‑add solutions to lift customer efficiency

Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting and account planning

Work closely with the branch network to deliver service excellence
Qualifications

Experienced key account manager with success in retention, growth and selective new business

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability

Ability to influence at all levels and translate needs into complete solutions

Industry or product knowledge (electrical ideal)

Strong CRM discipline and solid Microsoft Office skills
