The South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS) is launching an exciting new six (6) month Graduate Program commencing November 2026. It is designed to support Enrolled Nurses to thrive in rural and remote healthcare settings - a place where your skills will have real impact.
This program has been created to provide a structured and supported transition into practice, helping you build confidence while working across diverse and rewarding clinical environments.
