OFFICE MANAGER
The Pastry Lounge is a boutique food manufacturing business based in Bayswater North, specialising in hand-made canapés for the events industry. We're a vibrant office set inside our commercial kitchen, where no two days look the same.
We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our sales and office function. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who can keep things organised, lead from the front, and thrive in a busy, fast-changing environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the engine room of the office and the key point of contact for our customers, with responsibility for running day-to-day sales and keeping the office ticking over. Your duties will include:
- Managing the daily sales process from enquiry through to order
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Answering phones and responding to customer questions
- Data entry and general office administration
- Supporting the wider team and stepping in wherever needed
- Liaising with the Director on day-to-day operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in an office management, sales coordination or senior administration role is essential
- Experience using Odoo is essential
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Confident, proactive attitude and a genuine team player
- Payroll experience would be an asset
