Join our team as a Clinical Coding and SNAP Data Quality Analyst and play a key role in driving initiatives that strengthen clinical coding and SNAP data quality across our facility.
This position is responsible for the implementation and delivery of a continuous Clinical Coding and SNAP Data Quality Improvement program at Nepean Hospital. The role encompasses clinical documentation reviews, Coding and SNAP audits, and education activities for both Clinicians and Clinical Coders. It plays a key role in ensuring clinical coding and SNAP data are of high quality, accurately reflecting casemix complexity, optimising activity-based funding, and supporting best-practice standards in clinical documentation.
The position will lead Nepean Hospital in the development and implementation of quality initiatives related to clinical coding and SNAP, driving improvements that enhance funding accuracy and promote best-practice clinical documentation across the facility.
Please note the selection process for this role will involve a presentation and a coding/SNAP test.
