The Opportunity
Gallagher Security is a global team of passionate, out-of-the-box thinkers on a bold growth trajectory. We’re seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across New South Wales, identifying opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and positioning Gallagher’s intelligent security solutions with channel partners, end users, consultants, architects, engineers, and key industry influencers.
You will be actively managing the NSW region, building a healthy opportunity pipeline, qualifying and converting high-value opportunities, and supporting long-term customer and partner success. Regular regional travel will be required, with occasional interstate travel for national events, training, and planning sessions.

5+ years of experience in business development, solution sales, or account management, ideally within security, technology, construction, or a related B2B environment
