About the Role
You’ll work closely with the salon owner to create a calm, professional and inspiring environment for both client and staff. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance your creative skills behind the chair with leadership and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality colour, cutting and styling services
- Manage daily operations, rosters and product orders
- Mentor apprentices and junior stylists
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Support marketing and social media activities
- Help grow the salon through creativity and consistency
