Our client, Swim World Glen Waverly, is a well-established swim education provider dedicated to promoting water confidence, safety, and skill development for students of all ages. Based in Glen Waverley, Victoria, they are known for their supportive and community-focused approach. The business delivers structured swimming programs designed to create positive learning experiences while maintaining high standards of customer care and operational excellence.
To support their continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst to evaluate existing operational practices and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness across the business. The successful candidate will analyse workflows, recommend process improvements, and help implement strategies that strengthen organisational performance, streamline administrative functions, and support long-term business objectives.
The annual salary for the Organisation and Methods Analyst is $79,500 to $80,000 plus superannuation.
Duties include:
- Reviewing and analysing current administrative, enrolment, and customer service processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Working closely with the Management and staff to evaluate organisational procedures and recommend more efficient work practices.
- Assessing swim program operations, scheduling systems, and service delivery processes to support a positive customer experience.
- Preparing reports and recommendations for improving workflows, communication procedures, and resource utilisation across the organisation.
- Assisting in the implementation of updated operational procedures, policies, and administrative systems.
- Monitoring compliance with internal operational standards and ensuring procedures are consistently followed across departments.
- Conducting workflow analysis to improve efficiency in student enrolments, class scheduling, and customer support functions.
- Collaborating with Instructors, administration staff, and the Management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analysing operational data, customer feedback, and service trends to support informed business decisions and process enhancements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve client engagement, service quality, and overall operational performance.
- Supporting the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and staff guidelines.
- Assisting with change management initiatives during the introduction of new systems, processes, or operational improvements.
- Evaluating resource allocation, staffing coordination, and administrative practices to support the organisation’s continued growth and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least one (1) year of relevant experience.
- Should hold a Bachelor's Degree, higher qualification, or at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
Pay: $79,500.00 – $80,000.00 per year
