Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Recognised Social Work qualifications and eligibility for professional membership.
Experience managing complex caseloads within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
The ability to lead service improvements and support the development of others.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications relevant to social work and experience in service development, research or advanced practice.
