We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Office All Rounder to join our fast-paced team based in Blacktown.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, has exceptional communication skills, and can confidently manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
• About the Role
Your duties will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally
- Customer service and client communication
- General administration and data entry
- Managing emails and office correspondence
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations
- Coordinating with drivers, clients, and suppliers where required
• Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
