McCarthy Learning is seeking experienced and qualified Trainers and Assessors to support the delivery of nationally recognised training across South Australia.
We are looking for trainers across the following areas:
- Early Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Certificate IV in Disability Support
- Community Services
About the Role
Successful applicants will be involved in delivering nationally recognised training, supporting students, conducting assessments, and contributing to quality training outcomes. Delivery may include classroom-based and real-time online training, depending on the qualification and student needs.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant vocational qualifications in the training area
- Current industry experience and demonstrated industry currency
- Training and assessment experience within the VET sector
- Strong communication and student support skills
- Current Working with Children Check (where required)
- Ability to maintain compliant training and assessment records
