We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic team member to join our busy cafe. This is a hands-on role, offering the opportunity to learn a variety of skills in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Baking and food preparation
- Cooking and meal assembly
- Preparing barista-quality coffee and other beverages
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit, with the ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift heavier boxes when required
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Uses initiative, plans ahead, and works well independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Currently holds a Food Safety & Handling or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, or willing to obtain.
Hours
Some early morning starts are required, with early afternoon finishes, making this a great role for someone who enjoys having their afternoons free.
What We Offer
