We are looking for multiple people to join our Community and Stakeholder Engagement team.
Our focus is to truly understand and respond to the needs of our many customers, communities, and passengers, ensuring their perspectives shape our decisions and actions.
A Senior Manager Community and Stakeholder Engagement, leads a team committed to building trust and understanding through timely and meaningful engagement, to then enable delivery of outcomes that make a real difference.
We have opportunities to lead teams working across major projects, program management, local place-based upgrades and transport network service changes.
You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, creating an environment where your team and partners feel motivated, empowered, and equipped to succeed.
In these roles, you’ll:
- Lead community and stakeholder engagement on key transport initiatives, working at the forefront of change in a high-impact, high-profile environment across projects, programs, places or service changes.
- Drive community-centric and place-based engagement strategies that reflect the diversity of NSW and deliver positive outcomes for communities.
- Enable our industry partners to deliver quality engagement to support the delivery of their projects in high impact environments.
- Build and foster trusted relationships across government, industry and community, ensuring decisions are informed by real-world needs and insights.
- Lead proactive communications that build public trust and help communities understand the value and benefits of our projects.
- Provide leadership, mentorship and vision to your team, cultivating a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture that sets the standard for engagement across Transport.
These are ongoing Transport Senior Service Manager (TSSM) opportunities. We may develop a talent pool from this process to be used for up to 12 months for future available positions.

- You continually improve the engagement practice and ensuring our communities, stakeholders and passengers have a quality experience from Transport
- You are comfortable working in a matrix structure and collaborating across the organisation to achieve positive outcomes.
- You love working in a team that has each other’s backs and celebrates the wins (big or small) together.
