Priceline Pharmacy Park Street is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pharmacy Assistant/Beauty Advisor to join our vibrant team. Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, we've built a loyal customer base by delivering exceptional service and expert beauty advice, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for beauty and customer care.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creating personalised customer experiences, enjoys working with leading beauty brands, and is confident providing makeup applications and beauty services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and beauty accessories.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Perform professional makeup applications for booked appointments and special occasions.
- Confidently recommend products tailored to each customer's individual needs.
- Perform ear piercing services (training provided if required).
- Maintain outstanding merchandising and presentation standards throughout the beauty department.
- Assist with stock replenishment, promotions, and new product launches.
- Create engaging content for our Instagram and TikTok channels, showcasing products, promotions, and in-store events.
- Represent the Priceline Pharmacy brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Be flexible to assist with additional shifts when required.
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Has previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or makeup artistry.
- Is confident applying makeup to customers and providing personalised beauty consultations.
- Has a genuine passion for skincare, cosmetics, and the latest beauty trends.
- Is comfortable performing ear piercing services or willing to undertake training.
- Enjoys creating engaging social media content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and product demonstrations.
- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building genuine relationships with customers.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Has full working rights in Australia.
