We're on the lookout for a hands-on Duty Manager who's passionate about hospitality and thrives in the energy of a high-volume venue. This is your chance to be part of a leadership team that puts guest experience front and centre, and to grow your career within a fast-expanding hospitality group.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading from the floor — driving service, supporting your team, and creating a great vibe for guests
- Assisting with daily operations across bar, restaurant, and events
- Training, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver top-notch hospitality
- Helping deliver live entertainment, sport, and large-scale weekend sessions
- Supporting the Venue Manager with rostering, stock, compliance, and reporting
What makes you a great fit:
- Valid Australian work visa is required for this position
- At least 2 years experience in managing in a busy bar, pub, or restaurant
- Passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
- A hands-on leader who thrives when the venue is full and buzzing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
