We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support a high-performing team managing a well-established commercial portfolio across Adelaide.
This is a genuine career-launch role—ideal for someone looking to build long-term career pathways in commercial property, leasing, or asset management within a structured and supportive environment.
The Opportunity:
You’ll work closely with experienced Property Managers across a broad range of responsibilities, including:
Supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial asset portfolio
Assisting with tenant liaison and maintaining strong occupier relationships
Lease administration, including renewals, rent reviews and compliance
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
Coordinating reporting and maintaining accurate tenancy
Supporting negotiations for leasing and occupancy changes
Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to learn:
Experience in commercial property or a relevant degree (preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and strong time management
Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset with initiative and problem-solving ability
Current property registration/license (or willingness to obtain)
