About Us
Dipcro Pastry is a specialty croissant and pastry shop on the Gold Coast, known for our handmade premium croissants. With two locations at Chevron Island and Main Beach, we are a growing team that takes pride in great food, great coffee and great service.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic all rounders to join our team on a casual basis across both stores. No experience necessary, we are more than happy to train the right person. What matters most to us is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine love for hospitality.
What You Will Be Doing
- Welcoming and serving customers with a smile
- Taking orders and handling the register
- Preparing and plating pastries and food items
- Assisting with coffee service (training provided)
- Keeping the store clean, tidy and presentable
- Delivering stock and items between our two stores as needed
- Supporting the team wherever needed
What We Are Looking For
- A friendly, positive and reliable attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on feedback
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Available across weekdays and weekends
- A current driver licence (for deliveries between stores)
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Must be available to work across both Chevron Island and Main Beach locations
- please note that you will have to be available early in the morning as we are a cafe

Pay: From $32.18 per hour
