Cribs, Cradles & Crayons is a new early learning service in Chester Hill currently building its foundation team. We are seeking passionate, caring and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join us as we prepare to open our doors and create a high-quality learning environment for children and families.

- Diploma Qualified Educators
- Early Childhood Teachers
- Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time Educators
About the Role
As an Educator, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment that supports children's learning, development and wellbeing. You will contribute to creating meaningful learning experiences while building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5 years
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Observe and document children's learning and development
- Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment
- Supervise children throughout daily routines and experiences
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional team
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality practices within the service
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for working with children
