At M.J. Bale, we're excited to be opening our brand-new Premium Outlet Store at Harbour Town SA, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Business Manager to join us from the very beginning.

About the Role
As the Assistant Store Business Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Business Manager to lead the team, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll play a key role in building a positive store culture while ensuring operational excellence and premium service standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the Store Business Manager in leading and developing the team.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through premium styling and service.
Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs.
Coach and mentor team members to achieve their best.
Assist with rostering, stock management and daily store operations.
Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Help build a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.
Step into the Store Business Manager role when required.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You'll be an experienced retail leader who enjoys motivating others, delivering exceptional service and achieving results.
You'll also bring:
Previous experience in a retail leadership role (Assistant Manager, 2IC or similar).
A passion for premium retail and customer service.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
A proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and late-night trade as required.
