The Department
SBS’s Technology division enables SBS content to be produced, distributed and delivered across the platforms and devices Australians choose. The team also works collaboratively to deliver effective solutions for people across the organisation.
The Role
As part of your varied role, you'll be providing support to our Head of Technology Operations & Services and Head of Infrastructure.
Additionally, this role will see you:

Provide general support to the Operations and Infrastructure Teams
-
Assist with Reporting cycles, version control of documents and Power Point formatting
-
Assist the broader Operations & Services and Infrastructure Teams where required with any adhoc administration requests
-
Assist with coordination of Technology Group meetings
-
Assist with Coordination of Reward & Recognition program
-
Support for SBS Intranet updates and management of content
-
Coordination and support of compliancy within SBSU and reporting
-
Step in for CTO EA cover where required
This is a full-time Paternity Leave backfill (~14 months) role based in our Artarmon office. Hybrid working options available - up to 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
About you
We are looking for proactive candidates with a collaborative mindset, capable of working autonomously as well as in a team.
Ideally, you would have:

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and be keen to learn new software packages.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to prepare general correspondence, sales presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
-
Ability to build strong professional relationships.
-
Well organised and detail oriented.
-
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
