The Jerky Co is a family owned Western Australia based company that takes premium air dried meats to a new level of flavour & quality. We achieve this by producing our products using the finest MSA grade WA beef marinated for over 24 hours and only top quality ingredients from family recipes that date back 20+ years.
In this application we are looking to build our team within our NSW WEST Team. A range of hours are available across the above stores and in particular we are looking for staff at the above listed stores.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an enjoyable and personalised shopping experience for our valued customers. You will be part of representing our brand in NSW.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout with their shopping experience.
- Display a strong product knowledge and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain visuals and organise merchandise to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
- Execute sales transactions promptly and accurately, utilising our POS system.
- Proactively engage with customers to build lasting relationships and foster loyalty.
- Stay up to date with product information, promotions, and any changes in store policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally 1 or more years of experience in customer service & sales in a retail environment.
- Passion for providing top-notch customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Available to work retail hours that includes late night trade, weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in cash handling and processing customer payments in Australia is essential.
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia is a requirement for these current positions
