What You Will Do:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that support business goals.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, value, and service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Analyze purchasing trends, budgets, and market conditions to make informed sourcing decisions.
Partner with finance, operations, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives.
Manage procurement risks and ensure continuity of supply.
Lead procurement projects from planning through implementation.
Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
