As part of the hotel's Food & Beverage offering, Relish Restaurant delivers a welcoming dining experience for hotel guests and visitors alike. We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team and help drive service excellence across daily operations full time.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Venue Manager, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading service periods, coaching team members and ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint.
This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations
- Drive exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Support, coach and develop Food & Beverage team members
- Assist with rostering, labour management and productivity targets
- Support stock control, ordering and inventory processes
- Ensure venue presentation, cleanliness and operational readiness
- Maintain compliance with RSA, food safety and workplace health & safety requirements
- Assist with onboarding, training and performance development of team members
About You:
- Previous supervisory experience within a hotel, restaurant or premium hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy service environment
- Current Queensland RSA certification
- Availability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Full Australian work rights (this is a full time position, therefore student visa's will not be considered)
