As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead, coach and develop your team to achieve business objectives, create a high-performing culture, and ensure the store consistently operates to the highest standards.
You will be accountable for all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, stock control, visual merchandising, loss prevention, compliance, and workforce planning. Through strong leadership and a hands-on approach, you will create an engaging shopping environment that reflects The Cosmetic Company Store brand and values.
Spending the majority of your time on the shop floor, you will lead by example, inspire your team to deliver outstanding results, and identify opportunities to maximise productivity, profitability and customer loyalty.
