About Soi Fire
Soi Fire is a new live-fire Thai fusion venue opening in Potts Point in late August 2026. Every great kitchen runs on a great Kitchen Hand — we’re looking for a reliable, hard-working one to keep our engine room running Friday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing and keeping the wash area spotless
- Basic prep — peeling, chopping, portioning under the chefs’ direction
- Cleaning down sections, floors, cool rooms and equipment
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
- Supporting the chefs however they need during service
About You
- Fast, reliable, and unflappable when the tickets pile up
- Clean, organised, and takes pride in a tidy kitchen
- Great attitude — no ego, no drama
- Previous kitchen experience is a bonus, not essential
- Full Australian working rights — no visa sponsorship available
Hours & Roster
- Friday & Saturday: from 3pm
- Sunday: from 11am (trading 12pm – 8:30pm)
- Approx. 26 hours per week (casual)
