In this role, you'll:
Permanent Part Time - Wednesdays and Fridays. Working as part of a team delivering strategic industry engagement and communications initiatives across Transport for NSW, this role will see you plan, coordinate, and deliver impactful external stakeholder engagement activities and events that support major infrastructure and development programs.
You will lead the planning and delivery of engagement initiatives to drive positive stakeholder experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Working closely with subject matter experts across the business, you'll plan strategic engagements, curate and develop events, manage engagement resources , and identify opportunities to continuously improve systems, processes, and outcomes.

About you
Your communication, stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills, formed across marketing, public relations, stakeholder engagement, events, government or infrastructure environments, will see you excel in delivering high-quality engagement initiatives, managing competing priorities and producing customer-focused communications that support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
You're recognised as a collaborative and solutions-focused communicator, skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships, managing projects and delivering events, with strong communications skills to work effectively across complex organisations to achieve positive outcomes.
Strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders will set you up for success in this role.
