About the Role
At HOPE, we're looking for someone who can turn information into engagement, updates into conversations, and an intranet into a place people actually want to visit.
As our Internal Communications Officer, you'll help keep our people informed, connected and engaged. From creating content and sharing staff stories to supporting events, projects and change initiatives, you'll play a key role in bringing our culture and purpose to life.

You'll be:

Creating engaging intranet content, news and updates

Sharing staff stories, achievements and wins

Supporting internal campaigns, projects and change communications

Helping leaders communicate with clarity and confidence

Promoting staff events, recognition programs and engagement initiatives

Working across teams to keep communication clear, consistent and connected

Tracking engagement and identifying opportunities to improve how we communicate

You'll Need-
At least 3 years' experience in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing, events or a similar role

Strong writing and editing skills

Confidence using digital communication platforms and tools

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A collaborative approach and genuine passion for connecting people through communication
Bonus Points For-
Qualifications in communications, marketing, HR or a related field

SharePoint expertise
-
The ability to make complex information simple, engaging and easy to understand
Pre-employment Requirements-
National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
