About the Role
You will be responsible for fabricating high-quality trailer components and custom steel products from detailed workshop drawings. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in steel fabrication or boilermaking.
* Ability to cut, fold, fabricate and assemble steel components.
* Ability to confidently read and work from detailed fabrication drawings.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
* Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work safely and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
* Valid driver’s licence preferred.
Your Responsibilities
* Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately.
* Measure, cut, fold and fabricate steel to specification.
* MIG weld and assemble trailers and custom fabrication projects.
* Ensure all work meets QCT quality standards.
* Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
* Assist with workshop organisation and housekeeping.
