As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team and support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our project teams have the administrative support they need to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Managers and HSEQ Advisors, helping to coordinate documentation, maintain project records, support contract administration activities and keep site operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain project files, records and documentation.
- Support contract administration activities, including correspondence, progress claims and variations.
- Assist with project handover documentation, warranties, manuals and as-constructed drawings.
- Provide document control support and maintain project registers.
- Assist with HSEQ administration, reporting and compliance activities.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and project updates.
- Manage site office administration, supplies, PPE and uniforms.
- Support project teams with general administration and coordination requirements.
Who We're Looking For
You are a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced project environment. With a keen eye for detail and a strong customer service mindset, you enjoy supporting teams, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure or project-based environments.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive approach and willingness to support a busy project team.
- Experience with construction systems such as Aconex, Hammertech, Jobpac, Bluebeam or similar will be highly regarded.
