At My Gentle Dentist @ Brookside, we're looking for an outstanding Practice Manager to lead our team and help shape the future of our practice.

Our clinicians provide a comprehensive range of advanced treatments including:
Dental implants
All-on-X full arch rehabilitation
Same-day crowns
Invisalign and orthodontics
Root canal therapy

IV sedation
Cosmetic and family dentistry

Your Role
As Practice Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the practice and empower the team to perform at their best.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring and developing our reception and clinical teams
Creating a positive, supportive and accountable workplace culture
Optimizing appointment books and improving productivity
Managing rosters, recruitment and onboarding
Monitoring KPIs and practice performance
Overseeing administration, reporting, stock and supplier relationships
Maintaining compliance, infection control and accreditation standards
Driving continuous improvement and implementing smarter systems
Delivering an exceptional patient journey from first phone call through to treatment completion
You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, improve systems and contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience leading a dental, medical or allied health practice or management experience in any other industry.
Are an organized, proactive leader who enjoys taking ownership.
Can motivate teams while maintaining high standards.
Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Think commercially and understand the importance of both patient care and business performance.
Stay calm under pressure and solve problems confidently.
