Lumière Spa is looking for a Sales & Beauty Consultant who knows how to connect with clients, build trust, and confidently recommend the right solution.
This is not a traditional beauty therapist role.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, client relationships and achieving targets, while also being excited to learn how to deliver our non-invasive facial and LED treatments.
Beauty experience is an advantage, but strong sales ability, confidence and the right attitude are what matter most. Full training in our treatments and technology will be provided.
✨ What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct personalised client consultations and understand each client's skin goals and concerns
- Confidently recommend and sell treatments, packages, memberships and homecare products
- Build trust with clients and guide them towards the right long-term treatment plan
- Follow up with clients and develop strong, ongoing relationships
- Work towards individual sales, rebooking and client retention targets
- Deliver Lumière's non-invasive facial and LED treatments after completing our training
- Take ownership of your results and continuously look for opportunities to grow your client base
- Create a premium, professional experience from consultation through to treatment and follow-up

You may come from beauty, cosmetics, retail, luxury sales, skincare, wellness, customer service or another sales-driven environment.
What matters most is that you:
- Love selling and are comfortable working towards targets
- Are confident recommending products and services
- Know how to listen, identify what a client needs and guide their decision
- Enjoy building relationships and turning first-time clients into long-term clients
- Are motivated by performance, growth, incentives and results
- Are comfortable working hands-on with clients and learning to perform facial treatments
- Have strong communication skills and a professional presentation
- Are proactive, positive and accountable for your own performance
- Want to learn, improve and become excellent at what you do
