Office Administrator

What we're looking for:
· Strong administrative skills: You're reliable, organised, and can get stuck into tasks to keep the office running smoothly. For example, filing, using Word, Excel, Outlook, answering telephones, taking messages etc.
· Attention to detail: You're a person who is proud of efficiency and accuracy in your work, this will be essential in AP data entry and office Admin
· Professional demeanour: Whether it's accepting a delivery or handling inquiries at the front desk, you're confident and personable.
· Event planning: You'll take the lead on organising celebrations, Christmas events, and family days - a true team player who enjoys bringing people together.
· A team spirit: You'll be the administrative lead of our charity committee and help coordinate initiatives that matter to our business and community.

Pay: $31.00 per hour
