You will be responsible for:
▪ Mise in place and dishwashing,preparation before/during/after service.▪ Prepare & cook a diverse range of dishes to the highest standards.▪ Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the kitchen.▪ Maintain a clean & organized workspace.▪ Assisting head chef with planning the menu to meet seasonal availabilities and provide the high quality South American cuisine.
The right person for the job MUST
▪ Possess a Certificate II and Iv in Cookery or equivalent qualification.▪ Have a genuine interest and demonstrated experience in South America cuisine and cooking techniques. ▪ Must be willing to continue growing, learning, and studying in South America techniques.▪ Thorough knowledge of South America culinary techniques and ingredients.▪ Minimum 1-year highly relevant work experience.▪ Excellent time management skills.▪ Ability to work unsupervised.
