Preparing and handling invoices
Taking calls including liaising with insurance providers, booking in tow requests and management of accident scene tow requests with drivers and customer inquiries
filing documents, file management, storage of car management on site, auditing, following up on outstanding invoices and unclaimed vehicles and other tasks as assigned
Good people skills a must and ability to work with high volume workload
Work in automotive towing and auto repair industry
