The opportunity to join our team
Join our Sales and Adviser Success team and play a key role in supporting the Wrap Sales teams to deliver an exceptional adviser experience. Working closely with sales leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll provide operational support, coordinate sales initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes. This varied role will see you manage adviser requests, support campaign delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help our teams achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
National role supporting the state-based Wrap Sales teams
Coordinating your own day-to-day activities and supporting requests from the sales team
Supporting adviser with onboarding, problem solving and ad hoc requests
Coordinate sales initiatives, campaigns and team activities to support business objectives
Build strong relationships with advisers and internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency
Support compliance and risk activities to ensure processes align with business requirements
Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting and sales activity tracking
Run and produce ad hoc reporting
What you will bring:
Proven experience in financial services, wealth, sales support or a similar role
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Intermediate to advance Microsoft office suite proficiencies (word, excel, ppt)
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Knowledge of financial services compliance requirements (RG146 highly regarded)
