About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (Technical) to lead and drive our technical hiring strategy. This role will partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to attract, assess, and secure top technology talent across various functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for technical roles, a deep understanding of technology skill sets, and the ability to build scalable hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for technical and technology-related roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Build talent pipelines for critical technical positions through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
- Stay updated on technology trends, emerging skills, and competitive talent landscapes.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Recruit across a range of technical roles, including but not limited to:
- Software Engineers / Developers
- Cloud Engineers
- DevOps Engineers
- Data Engineers / Analysts
- Cybersecurity Professionals
- QA Engineers
- Product and Technical Leadership roles
- Evaluate candidates’ technical capabilities, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to technical leaders and business stakeholders.
- Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and salary benchmarking.
- Manage recruitment priorities, timelines, and expectations with internal teams.
Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Build and maintain strong networks within the technology talent community.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and technical communities.
- Support employer branding initiatives to improve attraction and engagement of technical talent.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Develop and improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows.
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and candidate conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role.
- Strong background recruiting for technology roles within a corporate, agency, or high-growth environment.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidates across different technology domains.
- Experience sourcing hard-to-find technical talent.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics and ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for global technology teams.
- Background recruiting within SaaS, software, fintech, or other technology-driven industries.
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices, cloud platforms, data technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Experience building technical talent strategies from the ground up.
