Role Overview:
As an Outbound Telesales Digital Consultant, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of booking appointments for our digital analytics and website optimisation services. You’ll engage with decision-makers, understand their business needs, and introduce them to the value we can offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and book appointments for sales consultations.
- Explain the benefits of our digital analytics and website optimisation services tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and update CRM with detailed records of calls, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Meet and exceed weekly call quotas and appointment-setting targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through clear communication and a consultative sales approach.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with our service offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, preferably in the digital marketing, technology, or analytics space.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close appointments.
- Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Pay: $58,693.57 – $75,000.00 per year
Supplementary Pay:
